I had the opportunity to attend the 2024 NABA (National Association of Black Accountants) Convention representing Constellation in Las Vegas. Such an amazing experience to be surrounded by students & professionals of all levels who seek connection, career growth and who want to help you invest in your future. Some of my most enjoyable moments include; the Juneteenth Celebration, the phenomenal Viola Davis, C-Suite panelist & numerous session speakers.



My key takeaways:


1. It’s not about success it’s about significance and who you leave an impact on


2. Make yourself investable and bring someone along
